After much discussion with the Kingdom seneschal, Their Majesties, Their Highnesses, and Their Excellencies, Wassail is going to try something new for dinner. A Bring Your Own Food feast. We will need to do this carefully and it will require the co-operation of all involved, but it will be a chance to have something ‘like’ a feast but more like a large socially distanced off boarding space.

After court is finished, all persons not involved with the feast will be required to leave or retire to the balcony which will then be designated as a no food zone. Each physical household, up to 8 people, will get a socially distant table from everyone else. Mask rules will still apply. Masks may be removed at your household table to eat but if you get up to socialize, then masks must be placed back on and both parties must wear them. SHARING OF FOOD IS STILL PROHIBITED.

Bryniau will provide individually packaged bread and butter and a dessert tray. Space will be provided in the kitchen to plug in crock pots and instant pots, we will have limited fridge space, but will provide washing up space, if you would like. Stoves and ovens are NOT available, no cooking and no prep space.

This is potentially one of the riskiest things we could do, so please help us to limit that risk. We are going to limit this to 20 tables. When you pre-register, please indicate that you would like a table.
